The Yorkshire County Cricket Club’s 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 24th March in the East Stand Long Room at Emerald Headingley, 10am start.

For the first time, Yorkshire CCC Members will be able to receive their AGM documentation and securely vote online. This opportunity comes as the Club looks to improve its environmental impact by reducing the amount of print.

Yorkshire County Cricket Club’s Finance Director Paul Hudson said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our Members the opportunity to receive their documents digitally. There are a number of potential benefits, both to the Club and our Members, but primarily we feel it is another step to improving our environmental footprint.

“The ultimate aim is for all of our Members to receive their documents online, but we appreciate that this may not suit everyone at this stage. Therefore, we are giving them the option.”

For Members that opt in to receive their documents online, a limited number of ‘Annual Report and Accounts’ hard copies will be available to collect from the Ticket Office throughout the season, on production of a Membership Card.

All Members that are opted in to receive communications from the Club will get an email in the coming weeks giving them the option to receive their documents, and vote, online. Should you not receive the information and wish to, please contact the Club at [email protected] or ring 0113 2033 684.

Please note only those signed up by 9am on Monday 5th February will be eligible to receive their votes online in 2018.
