Report a Crime or Incident:
If you have witnessed a crime, you should call the Police. In an emergency call 999, if it is not an emergency call 101.

To make a disclosure or report of suspected unethical or illegal behaviour, including reporting discrimination, please click on the below link and fill in the form. Reports can be made anonymously.
Note: unlike disclosures made by employees, protection under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 does not extend to disclosures made by members of the public however such disclosures will be investigated and handled in accordance with our Customer Voice Policy, Charter and Procedure and Customer Privacy Notice.
