Find out all you need to know ahead of the fixture at Emerald Headingley starting on Saturday, Yorkshire against Somerset in the Specsavers County Championship.

Morning session: 11.00am – 1:00pm
Lunch interval: 1.00pm – 1.40pm
Afternoon session: 1.40pm – 3.40pm
Tea interval: 3:40pm – 4:00pm
Evening session: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Tickets can be purchased from the cash turnstiles on the day of the game, or Ticket Office on St Michael’s Lane should you be paying by card.

SEATING:

Seating is reserved for Members in the East Stand Long Room and Trueman Enclosure. There are also a number of seats within the ground reserved for individuals. The Western Terrace will be closed.

    Scorecards will be available from the Club Shop on St Michael’s Lane (9am-5pm) and museum behind the East Stand (9:30am-11:00am) and will cost the following:

    Members: 50p
    Non-members: £1

    All proceeds will go to the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation.

    TRAVELLING TO HEADINGLEY:

    BY CAR:

    If travelling by car there are clear, permanent direction signs to lead you from the motorway and major road networks to the Headingley area.

    There are two basic routes to reach Headingley, the first being from the South, avoiding the City centre, and the second from the North via the Leeds Outer Ring Road.

    From M1 South and the M62 East and West

    From the south leave the M1 at Junction 43 to take the M621 as far as Junction 2.

    From the M62 West leave at Junction 27 to take the M621 as far as Junction 2.

    From the M62 West leave at Junction 27 to take the M621 as far as Junction 2.

    From the M62 East leave at Junction 29 to join the M1.

    Northbound to take the M621 as far as Junction 2.

    At Junction 2 of the M621 follow the signs for Headingley stadium along the A643. These signs will lead you along the Leeds Inner Ring Road A58 to the A660 which is signposted to Skipton and Headingley Stadium. Signs along this road will indicate you have reached the Headingley area.

    From Bradford, Keighley and all areas to the North

    All routes into Leeds from these areas lead to the Leeds Outer Ring Road, the A6110 – A6120 – A63. Along the Outer Ring Road signposting to Headingley Stadium will lead you to the A660 Otley Road and from here southwards to the Headingley area.

    CAR PARKING:

    YORKSHIRE CRICKET MUSEUM:

    The Yorkshire Cricket Museum, located in the East Stand, will be open at various point on matchdays.

    Entry is FREE for all but a small donation per visit is recommended to help fund the upkeep of the museum

    EAST STAND LONG ROOM

    There will be a selection of food and beverages available in the Long Room throughout the day for Members.

    Extentia Cafe

    Extentia Cafe, located in Leeds rugby’s East stand (Extentia Stand), will be open with a selection of food and drinks available.

    Concessions

    A couple of concessions will be located behind the North-East Stand serving a range of food and beverages.

    MULTI-FAITH ROOM

    There is a multi-faith room available to spectators in the East Stand for this fixture.

    FAQ’S

    WHERE CAN I SMOKE?

    Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas (Gate A, Gate B and gate H). Ask your nearest steward for directions to any such area. PLEASE NOTE – The policy also applies to the use of electronic smoking devices.

    WHERE CAN I USE MY PHONE?

    All mobile phones and tablets must be on ‘silent’ within the ground and cannot be used for phone calls when users are in the stands, or immediately adjacent to the playing area. Devices can be used for sending or receiving text/email messages, as well as the use of the internet and phone applications.

    WHERE IS THE NEAREST CASHPOINT?

    The nearest cashpoint on the St Michael’s Lane side of the ground is located just next to the Leeds Rugby office, where there is a surcharge. If you exit through Gate B just turn right and it’s about 50 yards down the road. If you’re at the Kirkstall Lane side of the ground you’ll need to walk up North Lane towards the centre of Headingley. The first one you’ come to is situated inside Sainsbury’s local.

    AM I ABLE TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE GROUND?

    For matches in the Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup competition it will be permissible to bring four bottles of beer/lager (per person) in plastic bottles or one plastic bottle/carton of wine up to 75cl. No cans, glass bottles or glasses permitted. This policy applies to initial entry into the ground – once a pass out has been given no alcohol is allowed into the ground.
