Tickets for Emerald Headingley’s international fixtures in 2018 are now on general sale and priced from £15 for adults.
England will take on Pakistan in the Second Test Match at Emerald Headingley from Friday 1st June. A limited number of Early Bird adult tickets are available for days one to three at £20 in the 1863 Enclosure and Family Stand. India are the visitors on Tuesday 17th July (12.30pm start) and adult tickets are available from £50.
The Yorkshire County Cricket Club Chief Executive Mark Arthur said: “Following on from England’s dramatic Investec Test Match defeat to the West Indies in August and Royal London One Day International victory over South Africa in May, we are delighted to welcome Pakistan and India to Emerald Headingley in 2018.
“Emerald Headingley recorded its highest Test Match attendance in five years as the West Indies pulled off an historic victory at the end of a pulsating fifth day in August. The crowds illustrated the huge appetite for Test cricket in Yorkshire, and to encourage more families to attend Test cricket at Emerald Headingley next year, tickets for days one to three will be available for adults from £20. Day Four tickets are available at £15 for adults and £5 for juniors.
“There has been a huge demand for tickets with over 10,000 already sold in the Members’ and previous international purchasers’ priority windows. With a reduced capacity at Emerald Headingley in 2018, we encourage anyone wishing to attend either match to purchase their tickets early to avoid disappointment.
“As an added incentive, anyone who purchases a ticket for next year’s internationals will be placed into the Club’s second priority window behind 2018 Full and One Day Members for Emerald Headingley’s 2019 Ashes Test Match.”
