Jared Warner struck with the first ball of the day having Byrom caught behind. Rouse and Davey added 29 in 67 balls before the latter was well caught at first slip by Ryan Gibson from the bowling of James Wainman.
Rouse was joined by Bartlett and they put on 138 from only 128 balls before Bartlett was caught behind off Waite on the last ball before lunch – Bartlett had made 84 from 81 balls with 11 fours and 2 sixes – included in this there were 51 dot balls.
Somerset batted a further 4.4 overs after lunch before declaring at 271-6 leaving Yorkshire 357 to win in a minimum of 57 overs.
Skipper, Will Rhodes, and Andrew Hodd added 48 for the first wicket before Will was bowled by Alfonso Thomas for 17.
Jack Leaning was lbw to Klein for 12 and we reached tea at 86-2 with Andrew Hodd 45no.
Andrew completed his 50 from 66 balls with 11 fours. Harry Brook joined Andrew and they added 52 before Harry was caught at leg gully for 17. Ryan Gibson made 25 from 21 with 2 fours and 2 sixes. Meanwhile Andrew was still there and at 4.32pm hands were shaken and the game ended in a draw but Andrew was left unbeaten on 99 from 107 balls with 18 fours and a six.
