Day 2 started under dark skies and temperatures more akin to February. Josh Shaw and Matthew Fisher added 69 runs before Fisher was last man out. This stretched Yorkshires lead to 98 with Shaw finishing unbeaten on 47 from 95 balls with 8 Fours.
There were 15 overs until lunch and some attacking fields saw Glamorgan reach 68-2.
The afternoon session comprised 37 overs and saw Glamorgan add 142 runs for the losss of a further 6 wickets. Housego made the first 50 of the game scoring 51 from 63 balls with 11 fours and there was also 46 from Holmes including 10 fours.
At tea Glamorgan were 210-8.
They added a further 34 before being dismissed for 244 leaving Yorkshire with a victory target of 147. James Wainman was the pick of the bowlers with 12-3-41-3.
Andrew Gale was promoted to open the 2nd innings and is 34no at the close with Yorkshire finishing at 58-2 requiring a further 89 for victory.
