HIs partnership with captain Jared Warner was very valuable. It ended with an unfortunate run out after the pair had a 79 partnership and Warner had scored 37 runs. In the final few overs Matthew Waite again chipped in with a quick 23 in 13 balls.
The Scotland innings got off to a poor start when George Muncey was bowled in the first over by Matthew Waite. Fellow opener Chris Young was Waites second victim with the score on 13. Ollie Hairs hit a brisk 24 but he too was Waites 3rd victim caught by Carver. Only Gaudie who made 25 and MacLeod a Barnes victim who was caught by wicket keeper Gibson reached double figures and when the final wicket was taken Scotland were dismissed for a very disappointing 181.
