The big move into Carnegie Pavilion is on— 24 June 2010
If you see Yorkshire CCC staff busily packing crates and the East Stand offices looking a bit of a mess during the matches this week there is a very good reason. We are moving into the newly completed Carnegie Pavilion.
The £21million structure has been rising at the Kirkstall Lane End of the ground since the Wintershed stand was demolished in October 2008. The dual use building, which the Club will share with Leeds Met University, is now pristine, shiny and complete and the Club moves in over the forthcoming weekend.
Members and supporters should be aware that there may be minor disruption to the Club’s ability to deal with ticket and other requests between 12 noon on Friday and Sunday morning as the computers will be down during this period.
All Yorkshire CCC staff are migrating to the new offices apart from those currently situated in the Indoor Cricket Centre.
Helen Longley (Ticket Office and Customer Services Manager), Lisa Jackson (Membership Co-ordinator) and Yvonne Iredale (Ticket Co-ordinator) will remain in the Indoor Cricket Centre and for them it will be business as usual this weekend and for the remainder of the 2010 season. So if you have any suggestions, complaints, would like to purchase tickets or need membership assistance then please feel free to contact them in the usual way.
Graham Hallam, YCCC’s Catering Manager, will still operate from the bar area upstairs in the Indoor Cricket Centre and will continue to delight you with his culinary feasts on match days.
On Yorkshire match days at Headingley Carnegie the old YCCC Reception Offices will operate as a Match Office which will be available within the ground to field all enquiries
