Fisher relishing the responsibility

— 14 March 2014

With the players and management getting used to their new surroundings at their pre-season base in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Yorkshire Cricket TV caught up with Strength and Conditioning Coach Ian Fisher on the importance of recovery after a 20-hour journey to the sub-continent.

Fisher, who joined the club in his second spell in November last year after a successful playing career with Yorkshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, has been delighted with the attitude of the Yorkshire squad and believes that the pre-season camp in Sri Lanka can underpin the White Roses effort in trying to lift major silverware in 2014.
