Cricket Club Expo

— 7 January 2014

Cricket Club EXPO, the exhibition series that brings together Cricket Clubs and Suppliers from the Cricket market, begins its 2014 exhibitions at the Yorkshire Cricket School, Headingley on the 1st February 2014.

I'm delighted to be opening our 2014 series of shows at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club." Dominic McMullan, Exhibition Organiser

The shows are the only dedicated exhibitions for cricket clubs and are backed and supported by both the ECB and the Yorkshire Cricket Board.

The aim is to help officials and players from cricket clubs, universities and schools make better and more informed decisions and get better value for money when sourcing and buying equipment and products.

    Exhibition organiser Dominic McMullan said:
“I’m delighted to be opening our 2014 series of shows at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club. The County has a great cricketing tradition and boasts more recreational cricket clubs than any other County within the ECB structure, so to be able to welcome them to Cricket Club EXPO will be a great pleasure.”

  • Registration is free of charge and visitors can meet and talk with suppliers of everything a cricket club or club cricketer could need – from cricket balls and score books, to electronic scoreboards and new pavilions.

Doors open to visitors at 10am and are open until 5pm, entrance is free, and there is ample free parking.

The Yorkshire Cricket Centre will be open for catering facilities.

    Phil Rothwell – Wellesbourne CC
“Really enjoyed the event at Lord’s on Saturday. I had particular things in mind for our club: scoreboard, water removers, and insurance, and the event touched all bases. I placed an order for scoreboard & water remover with Durant so very happy.”

    Barry Lineker – Addiscombe CC
“I visited the Expo at Lord’s on Saturday, to look at sourcing a new kit supplier for Addiscombe, and I had already had contact via emails from a couple of suppliers so went specifically to see them. I took my 19-year-old son along with me, and we both enjoyed what we saw, and he even bought some kit for the coming season. I have found our next kit supplier, making the trip well worthwhile!”
