Yorkshire Pride Lottery launch 150th Raffle— 13 May 2013
Today marks Yorkshire Vikings first home game and the Yorkshire Pride Lottery is making it even more special by launching an incredible raffle celebrating Yorkshire’s 150th season.
The grand prize for the raffle is £5000 with other incredible money-can’t-buy experiences including amongst others a Black Sheep Brewery tour and dinner and 1 night’s stay in the Trueman Room at the Craven Heifer.
The proceeds towards the raffle will support Martin House Children’s Hospice and the Bowling Research project, which provides stress fracture screening’s for young bowlers. Tickets are just £1.50 and will be available at Headingley matches throughout the season.
Today, you can purchase a ticket from the charity fundraisers in bright, noticeable orange t-shirts who will be walking the concourse throughout Yorkshire Vikings first home Yorkshire Bank 40 over match against Somerset. Anyone who purchases raffle tickets today will automatically be entered into a draw to win a signed bat, drawn at the interval of today’s game.
Anyone who decides to join the Yorkshire Pride Lottery and continue to support Yorkshire County Cricket Club will be entered into a draw to be in with the chance of winning a hospitality box for 10 at the Second Investec England v New Zealand Test Match at Headingley on Spring Bank Holiday.
