Legendary West Indian quick Michael Holding comes to Headingley Carnegie on June 21st 2012 for an evening of recollection and lively discussion.
Michael was one of the fastest bowlers ever to play the game and was more commonly known by his nickname, ‘Whispering Death’, due to his quiet approach to the crease. I’m sure if we needed any clarification on his we could ask Yorkshire’s very own Brian Close and Geoffrey Boycott!
Always an entertaining speaker it is certain to be a tremendous event and an ideal way to ‘warm up’ for the following day’s ODI.
Individual tickets are priced at £47 (plus VAT) with tables of 10 available at £450 (plus VAT).
